You’ll be finding bodies of his victims throughout the world by chance, mainly in places like Lemoyne and New Hanover. Around the bodies of said victims, you’ll also be able to find hidden clues regarding the identity of the killer.
The best part about this entire thing is that these clues are also as a map, and players can use it to find the location of the killer. Who you’d think to be a deranged looking psycho actually turns out to be a rather well-behaved and well-dressed man, at least during the first impression. The name of the RDR2 serial killer is revealed to be Edmund Lowry Jr., and there is an entire story arc surrounding him. The character is based off both infamous real life serial killer Jack the Ripper as well as Eddie Low. Eddie Low was another video game serial killer from Rockstar Game’s very own GTA IV.
