Installation:
Just place the file in Documents\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption 2\Profiles\
Uninstallation:
Just delete the savegame, if you wish to do so.
If you installed the mods too: Look at the other picture i uploaded and delete the files and folders, you see there, from your RDR2 folder.
